Christine’s Favorite Banana Bread Recipe

Christine Banana BreadIf you have yet to meet or speak with Christine in our office, she is truly a gem!  Having been with Hot Air Expeditions for over a decade and held almost every position possible (she’s manned the kitchen, worked as a member of the flight crew, and now thrives in our office environment!) we’ve gotten to know and love Christine as well as discover her knack for cooking, baking, DIY-ing, you name it!

Here she shares with us one of her favorite recipes that she uses to whip up as gifts, and for friends and family to enjoy.  The photo above is straight from Christine’s kitchen, the result of one of her baking binges of the delicious Banana Sour Cream Bread recipe below, and we can attest, it is delicious!  If you’re looking for a yummy, simple recipe to try this weekend, give this one a whirl, we know you won’t be disappointed!

Let us know how you like it!
